The App allows you to save personal notes and optional photos alongside recipes. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You retain ownership of any content you create within the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

You assume all risk associated with food preparation, including allergic reactions and food-borne illness. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCKY 777 SWEETS DEVELOPED BY VELUMIRA LTD DEVTOOLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucky 777 Sweets developed by VELUMIRA LTD DEVTools, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature thereof, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
